We offer organically (not certified) raised meats: Berkshire pork, chicken,
lamb, and have added fresh brown eggs in 2011, and hoping to add veal, as well.
All animals have pasture access and are fed corn-based grain mixture for flavor
and growth. No growth hormones, no antibiotics, no insect or weed sprays used on
pasture areas. Processing is done at inspected facilities (USDA and State).
Chicken is distributed fresh and must be picked up on the farm. Pork and Lamb
may be purchased as halves or wholes, cut, packed and frozen to your
specifications. We deliver these free within a 50-mile radius of our farm.
Wholesale pricing available for hanging halves of lamb or pork. Request to be
added to our mailing lists, which are never used for spamming, only to notify
customers of what meats will be available when. We are happy to answer questions
and to help you determine what cuts are suitable for your purposes when
ordering.
