At Birch Creek Farms, we offer grass-fed, all-natural beef and lamb born and
raised on our farm in Southern Oklahoma using “sustainable agriculture” and
organic farming practices. Our beef cattle and lambs graze lush pastures
consisting of a combination of cool season and warm season grasses and legumes.
Our abundant pastures offer high quality, year-round grazing, resulting in
delicious meats of unsurpassed quality. Deliveries are available in the North
