We offer an alternative approach to coffee based on the belief that coffee
should reward your taste buds while respecting coffee farmers and the
environment. At Peace Coffee we purchase our beans direct from small farmer
cooperatives under Fair Trade terms that aim to ensure a living wage for coffee
farmers. Small farmers who own their land have a strong incentive to be good
land stewards and all of our selections are organic and shade-grown. Enjoy a
truly exceptional cup of coffee! We deliver by bike locally and with a biodiesel
van outside of the Twin Cities area!
