We are a native owned and operated business located in Ponsford, Minneota on the
White Earth Indian Reservation. We specialize in roasting small batches of
organic and fair trade coffee beans from indigenous farmer cooperatives all over
the world.
We are certified by TransFair USA as a roaster of Fair Trade
coffee. We promote environmental stewardship, social justice and a great cup of
