Our three generation farm is located in Northern Minnesota. We supply local
grocery stores with vine-ripened hydoponic tomatoes all year round. We also
prepare an all natural salsa using all natural ingredients in a commercial
kitchen located on our farm. We use geo-thermal heat for our greenhouses. We
recyle jars and boxes used for our products. We pack our salsa in reuseable
canning jars. Our salsa is a low sugar and salt recipe that is made with all
fresh ingredients. No dried products are in our salsa which is available in
mild medium and hot.
