An adventure tour company founded by vegetarians for vegetarian & vegan
travelers, VegVoyages is not your conventional tour company. Their adventures
don�t jump from one tourist sight to another, instead they focus on spending
time well off-the-beaten-track often staying in villages & other areas far less
visited, giving you a chance to gain real insight into the regions culture &
heritage. They oversee each journey personally & keep their groups to a maximum
of 12 people. The aim of every one of their adventures is for the history,
culture & way-of-life of the destination to come to life for their fellow
travelers. Their itineraries have been carefully created to appreciate &
respect local cultures, customs & lifestyles, rather than imposing themselves on
them. Also, an underlying principle of VegVoyages is to actively support
environmental, animal protection & community development causes in the
destinations they visit. Their trips also include hikes, nature walks, yoga,
cooking classes & much more.
