Mineral Springs Permaculture Farm is a small-scale produce and animal farm in
Livingston Manor, NY that practices permaculture-based non-mechanized
human-scale farming. We're located in the beautiful Catskill Mountain region of
NY and we raise chickens and ducks for eggs and meat, and organically grow
produce, herbs, and flowers, though we are not yet certified organic via any
certification agencies. Our farm operates year round, though our prime seasons
are spring, summer, and fall. We sell direct to markets, restaurants, and
