We offer an integrative and natural approach to mental well-being. We have a
multifaceted team that utilizes counseling, food and mood analysis, wellness
coaching, hypnotherapy, naturopathic medicine and holistic nutrition. Through
education and involvement in this comprehensive approach, individuals and
families can achieve the tools to reach optimal life satisfaction. Our Peace of
Mind Lecture Series has a new line up of classes that are open to the community
every quarter. Please check our website for more information and sign up for our
quarterly newsletter to stay up to date on upcoming classes. We also have many
specialized programs such as the one for families with S.U.P.E.R.K.I.D.S.
(autism, adhd, asthma, allergies, sensory concerns). We also service women
throughout pregnancy with Peaceful Birthing classes and those having trouble
getting pregnant with an individualized Fertility Nutrition program.
