The HSCA offers the following services: animal adoption, microchipping, dog
obedience classes, humane education, cruelty investigations,volunteer
opportunities, and much more. Contact the shelter for more information.The HSCA
is a non-profit organization dedicated to encourage, foster and promote humane
treatment of lost, stray or stolen animals on the part of public authorities and
agencies and individuals; to find good homes wherever possible for lost,
unwanted and neglected animals. We do not receive government funding, and rely
solely on generous, compassionate individuals for support.
