addition to grocery, bulk, frozen and dairy, there is also a full meat and
seafood section. A large holistics department offers health and beauty
products, and organic beer and wine is also available. The Harvest Cafe serves a
full organic lunch menu from 11-2 daily, as well "grab and go" items like
quiches, rotisserie chickens, salads, bakery goods and much more. The community
room hosts classes on healthy cooking and timely topics, yoga, meditation and
more.
