We roast only organic coffies from Siera Madra, Costa Rica, Honduras,Peru and we
are adding Guatamela this spring. Our coffee is low acid.
We have traveled
many regions spending time with the growers, pickers and roasters to uncover
indusry struggles, successes and opportunities. We educate our customers about
fair trade coffee and the importance of purchasing organic products and the
impact on our environment.
