Each candle is individually hand-poured in a small kitchen in Chicago, IL and
made with love... No synthetic fragrances or colors are added (yeah!) The
essential oils used are certified organic through OTCO (Oregon Tilth Certified
Organic.) Each candle is poured with 100% ECO soy wax, which burns cleaner and
longer than traditional paraffin wax candles (paraffin= petroleum= jet fuel.)
There's no harmful (and messy) black soot to worry about either! We will soon be
using 40% recycled glass containers... Using recycled glass not only reduces
waste but it conserves raw materials and saves energy. We are also in the
process of starting up mutual relationships with a few charitable foundations.
The goal is to donate a percentage of each candle's sale to the foundations in
hopes of making a positive difference in the lives of people less fortunate, to
help animals in need and to take care of Mother Earth.
