It is about learning how to cook using simple ingredients with little seasoning to taste the food in its natural form. And it is about enjoying life through eating well because health is our birthright. Roanne offers whole food consultations, and cooking classes. Taking responsibility of one's own health is the most liberating experience an individual can do. She can help in this process from providing recipes and diet plans, to helping you get yourself back into balance through a whole food diet. She is also a published poet and songwriter. A Chapbook, "Pieces of Poems" through Laughing Rain, and musical CD she produced, "Send Me A Kiss In A Storm." She is working on her second CD and a quick and easy whole foods cookbook.
