Umbria. Weekly (6nights/7 days), long weekend (3 nights/ 4 days) and 1 Day
italian cookery holidays are available all year round. Weekly holiday includes:
3 cooking lessons utilising only the fresh, organic, seasonal and locally grown
produce, wine tasting evening, all breakfasts and 4 lunches, 2 dinners, visit to
olive grove, day visit to Rome, tours of local medieval sites, quality
accommodation in recently restored homes within the medieval walls of Toffia,
