All of our chocolates are made with fine dark chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar,
cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla; no soy in the Dagoba) and cashew milk
(almond milk for the Aztec flavor; coconut milk for the Coconut flavor) and
flavored with liqueur or infused with spices. Nothing else. No artificial sugars
or flavorings, no extraneous fats or emulsifiers.
We use our own pans and
molds, and keep dedicated equipment to use for products without gluten and nuts.
None of our products contain eggs or dairy. We take cross-contact issues very
seriously, and make every effort to ensure that specified products are free of
gluten and allergens, but we cannot guarantee that any product will not contain
traces of egg, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, or gluten.
We only use
non-gluten-containing grains that are made in a facility that ensures that those
grains remain free of gluten. All of the chocolates that we use do not use
gluten in packaging or wrapping. The Scharffen Berger chocolate that we use is
made and packaged in a facility that is completely free of gluten, dairy, and
nut ingredients.
