Baby Belly Basics natural childbirth classes are designed around YOU, the busy
parents or parents-to-be. Taught by a former Bradley Method teacher, these
classes focus on preparing you for the birth of your baby through visual aids,
discussions and question and answer sessions.
We recognize that not all
families have 12 weeks to dedicate to childbirth classes, so we have customized
our curriculum to meet the needs of our students. We offer a 4 week course which
allows you to do any suggested reading, etc on your own time and prepare
questions ahead of time for our Q&A sessions at the beginning and end of each
class. We also offer a weekend "boot camp" for parents whose schedules conflict
with a normal 4 week schedule, or those who need a refresher course.
