Villa Stabbia is a small organic family run farm in Tuscany, which produces an award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil of an exceptional high quality. We grow, pick, mill and bottle the oil ourselves on our estate according to the the european council regulation (CEE) n. 2092/91.

No order is too small for us - and as we design our labels ourselves, we can easily accomodate special requests.

We also produce aromatic oils (10 flavours) - please visit our website for more details.

Then of course - our converted farmhouses that we rent out to our holiday guests. Situated in the heart of Tuscany within easy reach of Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena.
