COMMENT from Betty Matz   on Dec 7, 2011    Dear Helen, It has been a few days since the birth of my precious baby girl and I have had moments to absorb the events of birthing her. The main thing that stands out in my mind was your presence and your physical contact when needed. You were at my side at times with words or touches of support. Even when I did not reach my ultimate goal, you were gently persuasive, yet non-judgmental of my choice. This birth allowed me to be in control, calm and focused. Thus, my daughter was born smoothly and her journey was easy and trauma-free. If G-d ever blesses me with another pregnancy, I would definitely use the hypnobirthing tools again. And with you by my side, I am confident the next time would be just as wonderful. Post (and email) a response

Helen Citrin was the perfect guide to an amazing journey. She introduced us to the hypnobirthing method and lead us through the material in a relaxed and enjoyable way. We had so many questions and concerns, all relieved by Helen within moments, leaving us anxious for the next weeks material. When my Dr told me that I was going to be induced due to certain risk factors, I felt confident and empowered that we would still be able to have a wonderful birth experience...and we did!
