COMMENT from Kate   on Mar 23, 2012    I like this particular service because we do not like any strange smells that effect us such as chemicals or fragrances. Our carpets were cleaned very well and had a clean smell without the cover up odors that other companies use. We have birds and they are greatly effected by chemical odors. The carpet man gave me a few options on 3 or 4 different green cleaners that he uses and tailor fit the right cleaner for us. It was really a wonderful experience. Post (and email) a response
