COMMENT from Sara D.   on Jun 2, 2009    Anna was truly and answer to our prayers. It was our first baby, and we were feeling overwhelmed. Anna provided medical knowledge we didn't have, tools for laboring we all of a sudden couldn't remember :), and just a peaceful assurance about her that helped calm us. I like to say that she was my brain that day: she thought of things I needed before I expressed them and had so many ideas on how to labor through. She was such an amazing support through every phase and turn. My husband and I have said multiple times since then that we're not sure how we would have gotten through labor if Anna wasn't there with us. It was so comforting to have someone there with us that had gone through this many times before and could give us advice and support without agenda or pressure. Thank you, Anna!
