COMMENT from Jerry   on May 9, 2008    We recently purchased a number of items from Emile DeFelice, the proprietor of Caw Caw Creek Pastured Pork, including bacon, bratwurst, pork shoulder, chops,etc. So far we've tried only the chops and the brats, and they have been out-of-this-world delicious. Emile (pronounced "em'ell") is a pleasure to deal with and I just can't say enough good things about his products. We plan to shop regularly at this establishment. Post (and email) a response
