They carry a wide variety of high quality organic grocery items, fresh, frozen and canned. Also, lots of supplements, herbs and other natural healing products. Whenever we have a health question, we call Back to Basics first. My family has not seen a doctor in years because of natural health obtained by a good life style and eating practices. The people at the store are not just interested in selling a product, they truly care about people's good health and way of life. I really feel like they are there to help. COMMENT from Jess   on Jan 17, 2008    Wow, I was amazed at all the organic produce at very reasonable prices. And in the country town a great almost restraunt, not a cafe. Everything was delicious and you can tell the soup was really made completely there. Wow, Wow, Wow, I can't wait to come again from the city.
