COMMENT from brodie poole   on Apr 12, 2009    Metro Animal truly cares about stopping the euthenasia of cats in St Louis. One way they do this is to reduce the number of cats going into shelters. They work with other groups to coordinate large rescues. They help the community by providing a huge animal directory for the St Louis area for every type of animal possible! Their Trap-Neuter-Return and Operation Sterile Feral (OSF)programs are evidence that the service is extremely valuable. The number of animals they can fix is somewhat dependant upon the number of vets who volunteer...contact them is you know a vet who is willing to spend some time helping out! COMMENT from Bev   on Mar 9, 2009    Hard working bunch of volunteers that are trying to get the cat population down. They do training and work with other groups to educate about the importance of spaying and neutering cats whether owned or not. Post (and email) a response
