Diana (the owner) is a pleasure to shop with—always so helpful and good at giving advices. The service is excellent. We love the wide selection of organic clothing. Her daughter and my daughter wear the same size. It is nice that she shops for clothes that they can wear as they grow up. It is one family owned store that I am proud to support. Everything has been the best quality and some is mailed back later to add to the used clothing section. I love that the clothing can go full circle. Post (and email) a response

I have always found Diana, the owner of Hanna's Dream, to be really helpful and friendly. She is passionately organic and dedicated to finding out new suppliers or lines for her store. Some things I particularly like which makes her store stand out in this market are: 1) She has tried the brands that she recommends and can provide great advice based on that, only stocking brands that she is happy with 2) The family store comes across as genuninely wanting to make a difference to the world in whatever way they can 3)The descriptions of the items are honest and well written and even make me smile 4) If she doesn't have what you are looking for she'll do her best to seek it out 5) The communication is great, you are kept up-to-date on the progress of your order 6) There are always special deals going on I could go on but will stop there, but you can probably see why this is one organic store that I continue to use even when there are now more and more out there. As an international customer I can particularly recommend them as Diana is always really reasonable with the shipping. Finding out the best method and sending very securely and promptly. Not only does she sell organic earth friendly clothes for children and adults at exceptionally great prices, she also has a eco used clothing section for a fraction of the cost. Every time we have bought something from them we have gotten great deals through her sales and discounts. They carry a great selection of children's clothes 2T to 6X, in addition to the usual infant things. We also have issues with allergies and chemicals and Diana goes out of her way to let us know when she has new shipments of things that I could use. They have sourced out not only the best organic items but also work hard to get color grown clothing for children. The children's colorgrown clothing is even harder to find than organic children's clothing. They do a fabulous job of finding those hard to find items for you. The customer service provided by Hanna's Dream and the Hanna family behind it is second to none. My packages are mailed promptly, packed well and best of all, their shipping is *reasonable*. I highly recommend buying from this family owned company for many reasons but in addition to all of the above, I love supporting a family owned business. Post (and email) a response

It is very easy to "tell" that she must be a mom herself, since she cares so much about the customer and the products she sells. Everything I have recieved has been wonderful and even my husband has been impressed on the quality of the used items. I recieved my order quickly, it was sent out the next day. With one order in particular, there was a slight mix-up with the delivery (fault of the postal carrier) and the folks at Hanna's Dream were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I received my order. I highly recommend this business not only because the products are well-made, well-priced, and gentle to the environment and our babies, but also because it is rare when shopping on a computer to feel that an exchange is taking place among humans with kindness and compasssion. What sets them apart from other companies I have dealt with is their excellent customer service. They are the only ones that do not leave marks on their legs and waist. I was very happy with the personal emails thanking me for my order, and how quickly I recieved my order.
