COMMENT from Laura Ann   on May 7, 2010    Milk soap, Eggs, Turkey, Pork are wonderful! We wouldn't trust anyone else for our family's table. Call them! They love to talk to you. They'll gladly give your a tour of their homestead to show you how your food is being raised. Definitely worth the trip from Chicago to fill up our freezers with this down=to-earth, REAL FOOD from a REAL Homestead. Just walk into their kitchen is like walking into a farm from the late 1800 early 1900. The canned food, the wood stove, the harvest table ... And it is all used, not just for display. If you're anywhere near Chicago, you need to drive west a few hours and see this place! It was great fun when you came to pick up your holiday turkeys and got to meet other folks doing the same. We're getting ready to order chicks & poults for this year.
