COMMENT from Joanne Elphinston on Nov 3, 2007 Here’s the thing: you can do the resort, but you could be anywhere. You will not know anything about the island, the people or even the real atmosphere. You are missing out big time. It’s so easy to find alternatives, & they don’t come better than Nature’s Paradise. Dave & Wanda have prepared two self-contained cottages high on a ridge, nestling among tropical gardens, with your own balcony to sit on while you gaze at the boats below. The location is excellent, as it is only a 5 min rattle down the hill to Marigot Bay, w/ small supermarket, restaurants, dive shop & of course the marina. If you don’t usually do independent travel, this is a great introduction. You will be comfortable, safe and relaxed, but will have left the screaming hordes far behind. If you are used to doing your own thing, you'll relish the friendly welcome, lovely location & privacy that Natures Paradise ensures. Joanne Elphinston / UK, July 2007 Post (and email) a response |

COMMENT from Parkin Kent on Nov 6, 2006 The best value provided by David & Wanda is that they know the island well. My girlfriend & I used their advice to plan our trips to waterfalls, beaches, fishing villages, & restaurants. Each morning at breakfast (a spread of fresh fruit, juices, fresh bread, cheese etc), Dave & Wanda would pull out a map & point us in the right direction. Marigot Bay is gorgeous w/ a nice beach & good restaurants. Nature's Paradise is 5mins from the bay, up the side of a mountain. It’s a dirt road, so it is advisable to have a jeep. We thought the road added to the romantic nature of our getaway, we were away from it all. Our cottage was AMAZING. We had a super comfortable queen sized bed, kitchen, bathroom & fantastic deck. Wanda's gardens are spectacular & really do feel like paradise. Our cottage was surrounded by bamboo, palms, blooming ginger, & bougainvillea. The pool is amazingly beautiful & surrounded by ocean vistas & blooming plants. If you’re looking for a romantic vacation, there's no better place in St. Lucia. Post (and email) a response |

COMMENT from Dan Saltarelli on Oct 30, 2005 We celebrated our anniversary at Nature's Paradise - it was perfect. Nature's Paradise is a hill top bed and breakfast above the prettiest bay in St. Lucia. Nature Dave & his lovely wife Wanda are gracious hosts. We had 1 of their cottages for a week (private decks overlooking the coast-the photos don’t lie) and were treated to a wonderful breakfast each morning. Morning swims surrounded by their lush tropical gardens, it was the perfect place to escape. We would stay at Nature's Paradise again in a heartbeat. Post (and email) a response |

COMMENT from Johnathan Jackson on Oct 24, 2005 We had an amazing, relaxing time in St. Lucia thanks to our stay with David and Wanda at Nature's Paradise. We hired a car (essential) and virtually travelled the whole of the island visiting the local towns and villiages and places of interest. The local town of Anse La Raye is to be recommended on Friday nights. The locals have a "Fish Friday" night where they set up stalls on the front and sell the local fresh fish and shellfish. I had a lobster, which was huge, very fresh and tasty and remarkably cheap. We loved Nature's Paradise Johnathan & Mimi Jackson Post (and email) a response |
