COMMENT from JJ Murphy   on May 9, 2009    CSA farming is a wise investment. Harmony Farm provides a local source of healthy food. I have no doubt that by investing my time in this CSA, I'm saving thousands of dollars in medical expenses. I choose to be a working member, which gives me a better work out than I could get at any gym. The work, the food, my health - these are all related. The corporate chemical concoctions sold in the supermarket are not food. They taste good, but do not provide nourishment. What could be a more important way to spend - that is, invest - time than to purchase and eat healthy, locally grown foods? Post (and email) a response
