    Joining Sun One Organic Farm’s Organic CSA provides you with the ability to enjoy fresh locally grown certified organic vegetables. All produce is harvested fresh and at the peak time for maximum nutritional value and taste. Your membership also helps to support agriculture in Connecticut and keep part of your food dollar in our local economy. Your direct financial support for a local farming operation in Bethlehem will also allow us to continue to operate and grow. We are CERTIFIED ORGANIC: We don’t use chemicals, synthetic pesticides, fungicides or herbicides on our vegetable fields. We manage the fields working with natural systems, crop rotation, companion plantings and compost. We grow many heirloom varieties – the type of vegetables your grandmother use to enjoy.
