  I provide a nurturing enviroment for your healing while keeping the environment in mind. For example, I use: real sheets(not paper) that I wash in a h/e washer and dry outdoors on a clothesline; post-consumer recycled paper products and acupuncture needles with the least packaging. I believe personal healing is a way of acting locally. Internal balance is reflected outward. After 2 decades of working for a governmental environmental organization I came to believe that change begins within and it begins with me. I hope to support my clients in making their own healing changes.
