CSA shares are still available for 2011. This will be our ninth season providing fresh, nutritious, locally-grown certified organic vegetables to CSA subscribers in the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago. Over 40 vegetables and herbs, grown on 14 acres. Green Earth Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to nutritional health and environmental sustainability. Green Earth Institute has internship positions available for persons who are interested in helping with and learning about organic vegetable farming in the 2011 season. Our plan is to have two interns work the period April 18 to September 30, and an additional two interns work the period April 18 to September 16.
