meat. Bison meat is heart-healthy. Anyway it�s the best diet for athletes (high
in protein), women (lots of iron), kids and seniors (essential fatty acids, low
fat).Bison meat tastes great. Bison is naturally juicy and tender and can be
interchanged with beef in almost any recipe. A lower temperature should be used
as bison is very lean and will cook more quickly. It has nutritional advantages
over other meats. Nutritionally you are getting more protein with fewer calories
and less fat. It is less shrinking in your pan because of no marbling fat. We
sell the meat mostly by the pound and frozen, but also sell quarters, halves and
