Ronit Biger, Certified Yoga Instructor, teaches private and group yoga lessons
and workshops in Israel. Ronit specializes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Both of these styles are the more dynamic styles of yoga that focus on vinyasa
which is a dynamic connecting posture that creates a flow between the more
static traditional yoga postures,thus creating heat in the body, which leads to
purification of the body through increased circulation and perspiration.
Having grown up in North America and spending most of her adult life in Israel
and extensive world travel, Ronit's yoga is a blend of her Israeli and North
American sides; her dynamic, action-seeking and structure-oriented side combined
with her calm, serene, free, and spiritual side.
Our body, mind and spirit
is dynamic and different every day and every hour, and therefore, just as each
one of us is unique and special in his/her own way, each practice is unique and
special.
