free, including vegan recipes. You can also purchase down-loadable holistic
health-related articles about lactose intolerance, for example, books such as my
vegan cookbook BUDDHA'S SWEET TOOTH, and more. More information, most of it
free, is frequently added. My mission is to help, to motivate, to enlighten,
and to entertain. My public speaking gigs and workshops in Connecticut are
published on my web site. I send out a biweekly newsletter that includes
notices of new stuff on my web site and motivating food for thought. Sign up
