Yoga Teacher Training
Enjoy a mentoring and individualized method of education
- relaxed and empowering. For those seeking to deepen their understanding as
well as those aspiring to teach. Our 200 hours of Yoga Alliance Certified
training covers: techniques, teaching methodology, anatomy & physiology, yoga
philosophies, ethics and meditation. The 200-Hour Program will be offered three
times each year.
The powerful 500 Hour Core Program is combined with an
equally extensive and flexible Electives Program. Pre-requisites: Yoga Alliance
Registered 200 Training; at least six WiseWays Yoga classes; experience
teaching; viewing an assigned DVD on anatomy (provided); initial start-up
session with Michele Mangione, E-RYT 500.
Elective Workshops are facilitated
by experts in their fields of Anatomy, Brain Gym and Vision Gym, The Alexander
Technique, Structural Integration, Philosophy, and more!
