We are a historic waterpowered gristmill. We stone-grind organic grains and make a line of
premium baking mixe. Grains we grind include: wheat (hard red, soft white, and durum),
corn (yellow and popcorn), and rye. Mixes include: 4 types of pancakes, cornbread, hot
pretzel, chocolate chip cookie and more! We also make or our own whole wheat pasta and dog
biscuits from our grains.
