Wild About Flowers is a small specialty nursery that focuses on native perennial
wildflowers of Alberta. We believe that there are eco-friendly alternatives to
traditional landscape design and maintenance practices which are labor intensive
and rely heavily on synthetic chemicals.
Native plants are beautiful,
self-sustainable and well suited to our climate. The potential for native plants
in landscaping and gardening is limitless and their contribution to the health
of our environment is essential.
Our mission is to promote the use of native
plants in landscaping by providing authentic Alberta wildflowers as seed and
plants through ethical seed collection and environmentally conscientious
production practices.
