We started in the spring of 2006 with 4 cows. Since then, our herd has grown to
10 milking cows and 6 calves! We are thankful for the hard work that our cows
(Betsy, Clover, Fern, Anne, Lucille, Edna, Norah, Sharon, Diane & Doris) do for
us, in the pasture and in the barn. We look forward to the day when our calves
(Adelia, Regina, Ellen, Rosie, Gert & Lima) join the ranks in the milking area!
We graze our cows whenever the weather permits, and we feed certified organic
grain to our animals each day. We do not use any hormones, antibiotics, or
synthetic pesticides on our family farm.
