Wacholz Farm Grass-fed Meats

We raise clean and humanely raised cattle and hogs. Hogs are Berkshire/Red Wattle genetics for quality taste. Hogs aren't vaccinated or fed soy. We also let the sows wean their young naturally. No GMO grains are fed. Pigs have wonderful immunity and express plenty health and vigor. Hogs are sold by half or whole hog. We also raise South Poll/North Devon cattle. Cattle aren't fed any grains or given any drugs of any kind! Just grass,water,mineral salt, sunshine and water. Cattle are moved 2x per day during the growing season and given dry orchard grass/alfalfa during the winter. Beef os sold by the hanging weight on Quarters,halves,and whole beef.
