Volunteers for Animal Welfare operates a non-profit low-cost spay/neuter clinic
for low-income families called the SPOT (Stop Pet Overpopulation Today)Clinic in
Southeast Oklahoma City. If your total household income is $35,000 or less, you
qualify for our program. The fee is $25.00 for cats and $35.00 for dogs male or
female. Vaccinations are available for $5.00 for animals being spayed or
neutered ONLY.
