Uproot Farm is a small diversified vegetable farm about an hour north of the
Twin Cities, near Princeton, MN. In 2014 we will grow 6 acres of vegetables and
an additional 12 acres of cover crops. We offer CSA Shares delivered to the Twin
Cities Metro area, as well as Princeton and Cambridge, Minnesota. Additionally,
our produce is available at the FUlton Farmer's Market in S Minneapolis and we
sell a small amount of produce to City Center Market in Cambridge, as well as
Gastrotruck and Eastside Co-op in NE Minneapolis.
We are slated for
Organic Certification in June of 2015. We use cover crops, compost applications,
and fallow fields in an effort to rejuvenate the soil.
