Our programs and services include: nutritional therapy, behavioral counseling and fitness
training for children, adolescents, couples and families. From personal one-on-one
counseling to interactive group presentations our specialists use hands on techniques to
motivate and achieve balanced living.
Many of our clients come to us after trying other
weight and health approaches that resulted in frustration and failure. We offer an easy
realistic, and effective plan for self-care. We also perform nutritional therapy for
high-risk clients, such as those with eating disorders, weight management needs, diabetes,
high cholesterol and other health issues.
