operations consulting firm exclusive to organic and natural operations.
The company principal, Allen Seidner, has worked with some of the industry's
largest and leading retailers and participated in the opening or renovation of
more than 100 foodservice operations.
With partners Carolee Colter and
Mark Mulcahy, Seidner is a producer and presenter on the Rising Stars Leadership
Team, presenting a pair of leadership development seminars specifically for
natural foods retail operators. The team presents the series of 3-day seminar
experiences about every other month. And, as a seminar soloist, several times a
year Seidner presents DeliOps, a 3-day foodservice operations and development
Seidner is a former partner at Good Earth Natural Foods in
Fairfax, Calif.; served as Northern California foodservice director for Wild
Oats Markets; prepared foods team leader and traveling troubleshooter for Whole
Foods Markets; prepared foods and human resources manager for Oak Street Market
(Evanston, Illinois), and manager of Blind Faith Café, Chicago’s renowned
vegetarian restaurant. He has traveled all over the U.S. and Canada as a
full-time consultant since 1997.
