We are a not-for-profit vegan information and outreach organization advocating
change to a vegan lifestyle. We host and participate in: March MeatOut, April
EcoLogic Earth Day, October World Vegetarian Awareness and World Farm Animals
Day, and provide vegan options for local feeding programs. We have published two
cookbooks: Expressly Vegan: 7 ways in 7 days to go completely vegan! and A Vegan
Campers' Primer, and a quarterly newsletter, "Bite This." We host a weekly t.v.
cable access program: Food For Thought. Our t.v. show (which has been on hiatus)
will be back in the fall of 2006 with two half-hour segments: cooking "Food for
Thought" and animal rights "If the Animals Could Tal
