We are an environmentally friendly guest house in the U.K. We have a gold award
as part of the "Green Tourism Business Scheme". We use low energy bulbs and our
water is heated by a solar panel. We are now looking into having a wind turbine
to power our electricity. We have seven en suite bedrooms all with tea and
coffee making facilities, T.V and video, welcome cosmetics and mini bar. We
have held a clean catering award for every year we have been in business (13
years) We cater for special diets including vegetarians, vegans and gluten free.
We are also dog friendly so you can bring your best friend with you if you want
to. We are centrally located in the Edwardian town of Seaford. Close to shops,
pubs, restaurants, the beach and some fantastic walks over the South Downs. We
are only three miles from the cross channel ferry to France.
