The Pfeiffer Center is dedicated to education, research and outreach in farming,
gardening and beekeeping. An important goal is to raise awareness of biodynamics
as the most holistic approach to caring for the land. Named in honor of
Ehrenfried Pfeiffer, a research pioneer in biodynamic agriculture and nutrition,
the center cultivates a two-acre biodynamic garden and offers workshops,
apprenticeships and a one-year, part-time biodynamic gardening course.
