The Natural Health Group (formerly The Vegetarian Dining Club) hosts weekly
vegan dinner events throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Some events
feature living foods. The group provides information, resources, and support to
individuals making transitions to whatever health level they wish to reach from
a Standard American Diet to a Vegetarian Diet, to a Vegan Diet, and/or to a RAW
Diet Lifestyle. They publish a comprehensive Holistic Directory of Vegetarian
Restaurants, and offer over 136 different DISCOUNT COUPONS, as well as an
ONGOING DISCOUNT CARD.
