We are
a small family owned farm that produces specialty gourmet mushrooms in Southwest
Missouri. Because we are environmentally sensitive, we do everything possible to
practice farming that is sustainable and responsible. We have developed growing
techniques to reduce the use of disposable materials, water, and energy. It is
important to us that all of our products are as sustainable as possible. Our
product packaging is biodegradable and/or recyclable.
We hope to inspire
people to not only realize the importance of mushrooms, but also to embrace the
environmentally-responsible lifestyle.
