butcher shop is Certified Iowa Humane. We have sustainable farm practices which
are all designed to help the farm and environment. We work with restaurants,
stores, farmers markets and the average joe and jane. Our family run farms and
butcher shop are just outside of Madison. We offer FRESH BEEF, NEVER FROZEN!
