Stan Moulton,
Owner of The Honey Company, is a 4th Generation beekeeper. He raises the bees
and extracts the honey himself. We do not cook, filter, or homogenize honey.
This means the honey still contains live enzymes. Our honey is the closest
thing to harvesting the honey yourself.
Focus on Conservation: We place our
hives in pesticide-free areas, leave enough honey for the bees over winter, use
genetics instead of medications to combat bee diseases, and use low impact
containers which do not contain BPA or phthalates. You will notice a difference
in the flavor, texture, and freshness of our honey.
