The Good for you Gourmet is Victoria's first organic, whole foods, personal chef
and catering company, serving residents and visitors to Southern Vancouver
Island and the Gulf Island. We prepare nutritious, delicious meals and catered
menus for our clients, based on seasonal, local whole foods ingredients.
Chef Laura is owner of The Good for you Gourmet, also known as Victoria’s Green
Caterer. Laura’s mission is to prepare a wide variety of wholesome,
health-supporting and delicious food for clients and their families, using only
the finest whole grains, natural sweeteners and locally grown products as
ingredients.
We offer vegan, vegetarian, Ayurvedic, Okinawa & Mediterranean
fare, whole foods, and multiple allergy diets. View our personal chef packages
